Pack Your Items
Securely pack your Crumpler gear in its original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
